Delivery
UK delivery charge is £5.99.

Delivery is to United Kingdom addresses only. We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the United Kingdom. If you place an order for delivery outside of the United Kingdom then we will not be able to process your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

You can expect to receive your order within 10 working days. If there are any exceptions to this, due for example to a problem with your payment or information supplied, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If our administration office is temporarily closed (for example, during staff annual leave), or there is likely to be a long delay in processing your order for another such reason, we shall endeavour to indicate this clearly on the website.

Cancellations cannot be accepted once your canvas, photo or art print is in production, so please ensure you make sure you measure your wall before ordering and select your size and product type from the drop down menu accurately.

All work will be packaged for its protection during delivery and requires a signature on delivery.

Canvas and print orders may be delivered separately.

Your canvas order will be delivered by courier (Interlink/DPD Local). Your photo or art print order will be delivered via the Royal Mail Signed For service.

When your canvas order is shipped, you’ll get a text and an email once the parcel has been despatched confirming the delivery date, and options to reschedule.

When your canvas order is out for delivery you’ll get a second text and email on the morning of your delivery confirming your one-hour delivery slot and options to rearrange. The email will also give you a clickable link to follow your parcel’s progress right up to delivery.

Any delivery issues should be taken up with the courier after the canvas has been dispatched.

 

Returns
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your canvas, photo or art print, please advise us via email (hello@theprintsboutique.co.uk) within 12 hours of receipt and provide proof of confirmed delivery.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless an item is faulty. Failure to sign for the item or items marked ‘not checked’ by the courier will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

If it is required that you return your item for assessment or repair, we shall advise you on where to send it once we have received your email. We will require the canvas, photo or art print to be returned via a recorded delivery service.

Items which are not detailed as damaged to us within 12 hours of receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, nor will items returned without prior notice and confirmation.
